What we collect
When you order, subscribe, or get in touch, we collect what we need to do the job and nothing more.
- Your name, email, and phone number.
- Delivery address and recipient details (their name, address, and phone for the delivery heads-up text).
- Billing and payment data. Card numbers go straight to Stripe · we don’t see or store them on our servers.
- Order history and subscription details.
- Optional notes you leave at checkout (card messages, delivery instructions, allergies).
Why we collect it
- To build and deliver your bouquet.
- To send order and delivery confirmations.
- To run subscriptions and process recurring billing.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To meet record-keeping required by law (tax, the Australian Consumer Law).
Cookies and analytics
We use the small number of cookies the site needs to work (session, cart, checkout). This build currently runs no third-party analytics.
If we add analytics later, we’ll list each provider here and link to the relevant opt-out.
Third parties
A few services help us run the studio. We share only what each one needs.
- Stripe· payments and the Customer Portal for subscription management.
- Delivery partners· recipient name and address only, so the bouquet gets to the right door.
- Email provider· only what’s needed to send order and delivery confirmations.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t hand it over for marketing.
Marketing
Subscribers and one-off customers get transactional email only (order confirmations, delivery updates, billing receipts).
Marketing email is opt-in. If you sign up, every email has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom. Click it and you’re out.
Data retention
Order data is kept for seven years to meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation. After that we delete it on request.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
- Ask us to delete it (subject to record-keeping we’re required to keep by law).

Children
The site isn’t aimed at people under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. The ‘last updated’ date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
