What you and we agree to when you order from Maison de Lune.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone ordering from maisondeluneflorists.com.au or via direct contact with the studio. The customer is the person paying. The recipient is the person receiving the bouquet.

Orders and cutoff

Order by 4pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday across the Gold Coast. Same-day delivery isn’t available because flowers are bought fresh each morning at market.

We confirm every order by email. Until we’ve confirmed, an order isn’t considered accepted. If we can’t fulfil it, we’ll let you know quickly and refund in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We don’t see or store your card details.

Substitutions

Florist’s-choice subscriptions and preset bouquets are seasonal by design. Specific stems may be substituted with others of equivalent quality and value.

Custom builds are made to your spec, but stems may shift slightly with what’s at market that day. We never substitute below the value paid.

Delivery

We deliver Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. Recipients get a heads-up text before drop-off where we have a number.

If the recipient isn’t home, we leave the bouquet at the door if it’s shaded and safe. Otherwise we’ll text them and arrange a re-delivery.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can update billing details, view invoices or cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Manage your subscription.

Pauses, skips, delivery-address changes, size, cadence or style changes go through email and apply from the next delivery onwards.

Refunds

Our refund approach is set out in our refund policy. Australian Consumer Law applies and your rights under it are not affected.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Photos, illustrations, copy and the Maison de Lune brand belong to Maison de Lune. Please don’t repost commercially without our permission. A polite tag on personal socials is always welcome.

Liability

We do our best on every order. Where the law permits, our liability is limited to the price of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Force majeure

Floods, severe weather, road closures and supplier outages can delay delivery. If something like this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and refund or re-deliver where that’s reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email to subscribers. The latest version will always live on this page with the updated date at the top.
