how it’s managed
Billing through Stripe.
Subscriptions sit on the Stripe Customer Portal for billing, invoices, card updates and cancellation. Going away or need to skip a delivery, email the studio and we’ll adjust the next run.
For things outside the portal — swapping size, changing cadence, or special delivery requests — email Maisondeluneflorists@gmail.com and we’ll handle it before the next delivery.

Questions, answered
What if I'm away?
Pause your subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal up to the cutoff (4pm the day before delivery). Resume when you’re back.
Can I change my address?
Yes. Update your shipping address in the Stripe Customer Portal and the next delivery uses the new one. We deliver across the Gold Coast.
Can I gift it to someone else?
Yes. Set the delivery address as theirs and we’ll handle it. Add a note for the first delivery and we’ll write it in by hand.
When am I billed?
Each delivery is billed the day before it’s made. View invoices and update your card in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Can I switch sizes or cadence?
Email Maisondeluneflorists@gmail.com and we’ll change Petite to Signature or back, or move between fortnightly and monthly. We’ll apply the change to the next delivery.
What does each delivery include?
A hand-tied seasonal bouquet, wrapped in brown paper and twine, delivered to your door. Florist’s choice means we bring what’s best at market that week · ranunculus in spring, peonies in October, tulips when they’re good. Different every fortnight, always considered.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. The next upcoming delivery still goes if it’s past the cutoff, otherwise you stop with no fee.
What if I'm not happy with a delivery?
Call us. We’ll make it right. Boutique studio, not a chain · we read every email.
